RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items that needs to be return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags in the original packaging.
  • Item bought on Sale can only be exchanged with another item.
  • Item bought on Clearance Sale can’t be exchanged with another item.
  • Customer needs to dispatch/return the item on his own expense to our address.
  • Customers cannot cancel order once it proceeds.
  • ESSIZ has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

These terms and conditions doesn’t apply for any kind of customized Order. This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact us at essizstore8@gmail.com, we will try to help you out in a best possible way.

CUSTOMIZED & MAKE TO ORDERS

Customized orders include alterations/change in size or/ and any changes in DESIGN, and if you ask for any particular touch up/ edging and made to measure products which CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement you can contact us via email and send evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue.

SHIPPING

1- Delivery time

Local Order delivery takes 3-5 days for orders other than “Make to order”, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

2- Price of the order doesn’t include shipping

Prices are excluding of Shipping charges. Actual shipping will be charged incase customer asks to arrange shipping through ESSIZ delivery partner.

3- How do I check the delivery status?

ESSIZ will provide Tracking ID for all shipping (Other than Karachi and International)

4- Shipping partners

ESSIZ ship all over Pakistan through courier i.e. TCS, Leopard & M&P, and internationally through DHL/ FedEx. Package typically arrives in 2-4 working days for local shipping and 8-10 working days for international shipping.

5- Courier agent attempt to deliver the order in case client is unavailable to receive it

ESSIZ delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, ESSIZ will no longer responsible for the delivery and no refund will be made to client.

PAYMENT

ESSIZ accepts payment via IBFT (bank transfer) and Credit card (VISA only) is also acceptable through our payment gateway partner.
